This dagger made of stainless layered Damascus has the longest blade that can be made in our workshop. The hand guard and end are made of Damascus at right angles to the grain of the blade. The contrasting handle materials – gagat, mother-of-pearl, mammoth ivory, and cattle horn – are reminiscent of a fossil deposit, a window into the the history of the earth.
