Our new knife spits fire

Full Integral knife with hand-engraved dragon motif

This full integral knife is on fire! It beckons you to plunge into the mythical world of dragons. Dragons are an integral part of human legends and myths. As early as 600 BC the Babylonians adorned the Ishtar-gate with a dragon relief. Roman legions chose the "Draco" as their field sign. In many cultures dragons appear as mythical beasts in myths or legends and were regarded as a real animal up until modern times.

From antiquity to modern times, the spreading of dragon myths and the heroic tales associated with them has been a major theme in art and cultural history. In the West, the struggle between good and evil clearly takes center stage. In China, it was believed that the first imperial couple descended from dragons. Here the dragon symbolizes wealth, good fortune, and intelligence.

Our dragon knife is a full integral knife with a length of 215 mm, made from Böhler N690 steel. The handle scales are made of yew wood. The dragon itself as well as all gold and silver elements were sculpted via hand engraving by D. Karagiannis. The fine gold and silver inlays highlight the most important parts of the knife. The spine, tang and butt as well as the oval elements create a fantastic work of art - truly in line with the fantastical world of dragons.
