According to the Celtic tree calendar, the birch symbolizes reawakened life, spring and youth. Decorated as a maypole it marks the resurgance of nature.

Our full integral knife of the "Ibex" line presents itself with a fitted handle made of stabilized birch and a length of 235 mm. The blade was made from N690 Böhler steel that is characterized by high-end edge retention and good re-sharpenability.

Handguard and pommel are adorned by a sculpted inlay of 24 karat gold. Both sides of the blade feature an engraving of a birch forest. Like yin and yang, one side of the blade is dedicated to winter, while the other honors the summer. The snow and moon are made from a silver inlay and the sun and its beams on the summer side feature gold inlays. This high-quality knife was made from a single piece of and the fitted handle scales were fixed with mosaic rivets.
