Santoku Full Tang Knife

This Japanese kitchen-knife form features a characteristical low blade point and a high blade back for multiple applications. The Japanese word „Santoku“ (San = three, Toku = virtues) refers to its excellent qualities in cutting meat as well as fish and vegetables. Classically it is constructed as a full tang knife and delights with perfect cutting ability and versatility.
