A wine-red stabilised poplar burl handle with a dovetail fit has been selected to match the engraving on this full integral knife. The hand-engraved motifs by Franz Haas on the hand guard, tang, end, and rivets depict vines in three-dimensional form. As a special highlight, the grapes are inlaid in fine gold.
